Very nice!!! My kids are now doing this workout!!!
Momma K is tired of me singing, "How dare you say such a thing to me," so I better stop.
If a person, say me for instance, sets a personal goal to exercise, following this video may be step 1 to accomplishing that goal! Hey, you have to start somewhere.
